Herbein Construction takes pride in producing a quality product for a reasonable price.  We are a small company that keeps overhead to a minimum to control overall costs.

We can either assist a property owner with their project or we can provide complete services from design to drafting to permit acquisition then project completion.

We are particularly adept at remodels.  We have a clear understanding of the building envelope and can foresee issues and problems during the planning stage.  Thus, the client knows up front what type of problems that may occur.  

We have worked with green products and are familiar with all forms of building construction. 

We also provide consulting services for clients and attorneys.

Herbein Construction also has completed many energy efficiency evaluations and verification studies.
